Ann Arbor Rotary is eager to make your use of audio-visual equipment easy and effective. The easiest program for us to work with is PowerPoint. We can also accommodate the use of an overhead projector, a VCR, or slide projector. Please let us know well in advance if you plan to use any audio visual equipment.
If you plan to use PowerPoint, prepare the presentation as usual on your own computer. When your presentation is ready, email it (hopefully at least a week in advance) as an attachment to our Rotary AV Commmittee. We have a current model Sony projector we will run your presentation, unless you prefer to bring your own laptop.
