Assure introductions are made at the "Speaker's" table. Please sit next to the speaker.
Prepare an introduction (maximum length 3 minutes) to include:
- speaker's name, present title, a few biographical listings, honors or recent publications
- title of presentation
- any unique or unusual information about the speaker
Your remarks should be brief.
Be prepared to remain at the meeting until after the speaker departs following a final and personal thank you .
If for some reason you find yourself unable to attend on the day of presentation, you are responsible for finding a Rotary member to take your place in introducing the speaker.
Thank you for your willingness to assume this responsibility on behalf of our Club.
